We have decided to start looking after birds on a limited number and this week we have a cockatiel staying, called Chalky. She is quite friendly and is roughly about 10 years old. We have to keep her separate from the rabbits of course but she enjoys having the radio on and although her wings are clipped and she cannot fly she quite often jumps down on the floor for a wander round.
